Little Village began with a simple, but powerful intention: to provide the kind of support I saw so many people needing—but not always receiving—during fertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.
In clinic, I was seeing it over and over again. The exhaustion. The overwhelm. The sense that once a baby arrived, the spotlight shifted, and new parents were expected to bounce back without much ongoing care. I realised how many people were navigating huge physical and emotional changes with very little support. And I knew I could help.
I’ve been in clinical practice as a naturopath for over 10 years, and my work has naturally evolved to focus on fertility, preconception care, pregnancy, and postpartum health—not just because I love the science and complexity, but because I’ve seen how transformative it can be when someone feels genuinely supported during these stages of life. It’s a privilege to be a part of that.
Before becoming a naturopath, I completed a degree in Rehabilitation Counselling and worked in the community and corporate health sector—an experience that continues to shape the way I support my clients today. It’s given me a deeper understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of health, especially when navigating life transitions and the identity shifts that often come with parenthood. This background helps me to consider the full picture—physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing—in every consultation.
As a naturopath and yoga teacher, I bring a holistic, whole-person approach to health—one that goes beyond symptom management and looks at what you really need to feel well and supported. I care about your energy, your sleep, your stress, your nourishment—and I care about how you’re actually coping.
Little Village is a space where you can feel informed, supported, and understood. Whether you’re preparing for conception, going through IVF, growing your baby, or adjusting to life postpartum, I’m here to offer clarity, practical care, and personalised strategies to help you feel your best through every stage.
Because nobody should have to navigate it all on their own.
In good health,
