My approach is focused on identifying and addressing the underlying factors that may be affecting your fertility – from hormonal imbalances and stress to autoimmune conditions, fatigue, and nutritional deficiencies.
Using evidence-based nutritional and herbal medicine, I create a tailored plan to optimise your reproductive health and overall wellbeing. If you’re undergoing ART, I can support you at every stage – helping your body prepare for and respond to treatment, and enhancing outcomes where possible.
When appropriate, I also liaise with your fertility specialist or other allied health practitioners to ensure your care is cohesive and aligned. My goal is to make sure you feel supported, informed, and confident as you move toward pregnancy.

Once you’re pregnant, the focus shifts from conception to supporting a healthy pregnancy, a thriving baby, and informed birth choices. While getting pregnant is often the goal, many people quickly realise – this is just the beginning of a whole new chapter.
I work with you to identify and address any health concerns that could impact your pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Early functional testing can help flag potential risks like nutrient deficiencies, thyroid issues, or blood sugar imbalances – and with the right guidance, many of these can be managed through food, movement, and simple lifestyle changes.
Through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support, we’ll work together to reduce risk factors, ease symptoms, and give both you and your baby the best foundation for a healthy pregnancy and beyond. Because when it comes to this journey, prevention really is better than cure.

The postpartum period is a time of huge transition, and making sure you’re well supported is just as important as caring for your new baby. Whether it’s helping to support your milk supply, making sure you’re eating well to meet the demands of breastfeeding, or simply finding ways to cope with the sleepless nights – I’m here for all of it.
And the support doesn’t stop at six weeks. Parenthood isn’t something you “bounce back” from – it’s a long-term shift, and your health matters every step of the way. My role is to help prevent postpartum depletion and support your energy, mood, and recovery – not just in those early days, but as your baby grows and life keeps moving.
I also run yoga classes, events, and workshops to support your health in a more hands-on, community-focused way. From movement and mindfulness to deep dives on fertility, hormones, and postpartum care – these sessions are all about helping you feel connected, informed, and supported.
